系统布置设计法在门诊部布局优化设计的应用研究

摘要

Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), as one of the classic methodologies for layout planning, has been widely implemented in manufacturing industry for years. However, it is not very common to see its application in layout planning research area of medical service. The purpose of this paper is to explore possible layout optimization solution in an ambulant clinic of Hospital A by systematically employing SLP's procedure. Data were collected by questionnaires. Furthermore, Comprehensive Closeness Values between different departments were computed and Space Relationship Diagram was designed subsequently. Consequently, an optimized layout solution was carried out according to the practical limitations and modifying considerations.%系统布置设计法作为设施布局的经典方法之一,长期以来被广泛应用于制造行业,但其在医疗服务业系统布局的应用研究还不是很多.针对医院平面布局优化问题,本文以A医院门诊部为例运用系统布置设计法,采用现场调查搜集数据,分析不同科室之间的综合接近程度与位置相关图,结合实际场地限制和空间要求设计出优化可行方案.优化后的方案相比于原有的布局更科学、合理,物流路线得到优化,门诊部就诊效率与患者满意度均可得到提高.
