HydroCOM无极气量调节系统在往复式压缩机上应用研究

摘要

本文针对于往复式压缩机节能设计的无级气量调节系统(HydroCOM),简单叙述其结构和原理,对在运行中存在的故障问题进行了查找、分析,经过改造措施的落实和实际生产运行的考验,无级气量调节系统在渣油加氢往复压缩机上应用后,机组运行稳定,提高了自动化控制程度,满足了生产的要求.%This paper aimed at HydroCOM stepless gas regulating system for energy-saving design of reciprocating compressor, simply described the structure and principle, and found out and analyzed problems existing in the operation. Through the implementation of measures and the actual production operation test, while this system is applied in residue hydrogenation reciprocating compressor, the unit operates stably, which can improve the degree of automation control, and meet the production requirements.
