火电厂煤仓清堵系统的应用研究

摘要

针对煤仓在下煤时出现的堵塞现象对生产造成的诸多不利影响，分析了煤粉物料在料仓内滞留起拱堵塞的原因及主要形式，根据牛顿力学定律、运用流体力学和空气动力学原理进行了分析，论述了旋风式原煤仓助流清堵系统的基本原理、操作控制方法，案例验证了运行实效。%According to many adverse effects on the production caused by clogging phenomenon in the coal bunker, this paper analyzes the causes and the main forms of the retention blockage of pulverized material in the silo bagging. According to the laws of Newtonian mechanics, using the principles of fluid mechanics and aerodynamics, this paper analyzes and discusses the basic principle and operation control method of Tornado coal storage aid runny blocking system, and verifies the operation effectiveness by cases.
