国内大型发电企业碳排放集中化管理研究

摘要

本文基于全球气候变化问题和低碳经济发展的宏观背景，分析了目前国内碳交易试点工作的相关进展情况。以D集团公司参与国内的碳交易市场为研究对象，论证了专业化的碳排放管理公司建立集中化管理平台的必要性和重要性。探讨了该集团公司参与国内碳交易市场面临的问题，提出了该集团公司碳排放集中化管理思路、管理内容以及管理方案。%Based on the macro background of global climate change and low carbon economy development, this paper analyzes the current progress of the domestic carbon emissions trading market. Taking D Group as a research object, this paper demonstrates the necessity and importance of a centralized management platform, which is a carbon management company. This paper also discusses the problems faced by D Group in the domestic carbon trading market, then designs suitable solution for carbon emissions centralized management for D Group, including management ideas, management content and management programs.
