干法与湿法的高炉渣余热回收热效率与效率分析

         

摘要

This article focuses on the blast furnace slag waste heat, takes heat and exergy as the intermediate variables, by calculating the heat efficiency and exergy efficiency, compares the similarities and differences of the dry method and the wet method blast furnace slag waste heat. The result is that:when the heat exchange is within a certain range, the wet method waste heat recovery heat efficiency is lower than the dry method waste heat recovery heat efficiency rate. the wet method waste heat recovery exergy efficiency is higher than the dry method waste heat recovery exergy efficiency, the analysis of wet method and dry method blast furnace slag waste heat recovery efficiency provides the theoretical basis for the heat recovery rate research in both heat efficiency and exergy efficency in future.%该文以回收高炉渣余热为目标,采用热与为中间变量,通过计算热效率和效率来比较干法、湿法高炉渣余热回收的异同.最终得出换热面积在一定范围内,湿法余热回收热效率低于干法余热回收热效率,湿法余热回收效率高于干法余热回收效率.对干法和湿法高炉渣余热回收进行效率分析,为今后从热效率和效率两方面对高炉渣进行余热回收提供了理论依据.
