基于熵权法的集团企业多部门研发绩效评价模型研究

         

摘要

This paper builds a R&D performance evaluation model, which has three indexs:R&D captial marginal output ratio, R&D labor marginal output ratio and R&D intput-output integrated ratio, for large innovative group enterprise which has several research institutes. Firstly, we use the contribution rate of technology to separate R&D contribution from output and use the extend C-D production function model to calculate the output elasticity of two R&D intput factors; Secondly, we calculate the marginal productivity of R&D input factors through model, and then we use the entropy weight to give the weights and establish the R&D performance evaluation model. Finally, an empirical analysis of nineteen enterprises proved the validity of the model.%建立了对拥有多个研究院所的创新型大型企业集团研发部门的研发绩效评价模型.首先,通过技术分成率把研发贡献从总产值中分离出来,利用扩展的C-D函数模型计算出研发资本投入产出弹性和研发人力投入产出弹性;然后通过模型计算出研发投入要素的边际产出率,并用熵权法客观地对各产出评价指标赋权重建立了研发绩效综合评价模型.最后将模型应用到SN集团内19个研发部门研发绩效评价.
