离子推力器加速栅寿命的概率性分布和可靠性预测

摘要

利用蒙特卡罗( Monte Carlo)方法对离子推力器加速栅寿命进行了模拟.得出了20cmXe离子推力器加速栅寿命的概率性分布和不同寿命预期下的可靠性,发现加速栅寿命分布近似服从高斯分布.在推力器工作压力小于时,对加速栅不同寿命预期下的可靠度进行了预测,发现运行寿命达到3000h的可靠度为0.90.%A probabilistic model of accelerator grid service life is developed with Monte Carlo method in this paper. Accelerator grid life and reliability of 20 cm Xe ion thruster was simulated by this model. The result indicated that the distribution of the relative probability of accelerator service life is Gauss distribution and the 0.90 reliability of accelerator grid service life is 3000 hours when the environment pressure was about 6.7×l0-3Pa.
