本文就分析了我国南北地区商品住宅建筑设计差异性的客观存在与表现形式，并对我国商品住宅建筑设计综合性发展提出了合理建议。%This paper analyzes the Objective existence and fo-rm of the commercial residential building design differences in China northern and southern areas, and puts forward reasonab-le suggestions of the comprehensive development of commerc-ial residential buildings in our country.
