轨道交通站点地区的城市更新策略——基于中外大城市实践的横向比较

摘要

针对近期我国大城市轨道交通的快速发展阶段,结合站点地区的城市更新日益普遍之现象,归纳分析其标志性的特征.在指出当前我国发展趋势的基础上,以发达国家的相关案例为依据,总结站点地区城市更新中公共空间的发展策略.最终从步行体系、空间品质、联合机制三方面提出相应的关键性策略.%With the recent rapid development of urban rail transit in large cities of China,urban renewal of station areas is a kind of increasingly common phenomenon. The paper induces and analyzes its landmark features. Based on studying the related cases in developed countries, the paper summarizes the development strategy of urban public space in the urban renewal of station areas,suggests the appropriate key strategies from three aspects of pedestrian system, space quality and joint mechanism, and provides the reference and enlightenments for Chinese cities which are currently facing the same subjects.
