深圳地铁环中线安全管理实践

摘要

What this paper discusses is that under various risks-facing in the construction process of the Middle Line of Shenzhen Metro Ring, the problems of security risk management are solved by using remote monitoring and management system. By this system, and on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of various risks factors influencing the construction safety, a complete set of subway construction safety risk monitoring,monitoring,management and e-mergency command system in the Middle Line of Shenzhen Metro Ring has been established. It provides a good management tool for the security risk management of the construction of the Middle Line of Shenzhen Metro Ring and it also has some reference significance to construction safety risk management of other similar projects.%探讨了深圳地铁环中线在建设过程中,利用远程监控管理系统来解决安全风险管理的问题.借助该系统,在综合分析影响施工安全各种风险因素的基础上,深圳地铁环中线已建立起一套完整的地铁施工安全风险监测、监控、管理、应急指挥体系,为深圳地铁环中线施工安全风险管理提供了良好的管理手段,对其他同类型工程施工安全风险管理也具有一定借鉴意义.
