带非线性轴箱悬挂的城轨车辆动力学性能研究

         

摘要

The article uses a C-type metro vehicle for study and designs a new suspension structure for this bogie. The primary suspension uses the system of connecting rod and external friction pair while the secondary suspension uses the hour-glass rubber spring. An analysis is made on the feature and structure of this new suspension, a non-linear vehicle model and simulation of this vehicle is established. After the comparison and analysis of the dynamic performances between the old suspension and the new one, it has been proved that the new suspension system can improve the dynamic performances and is be suitable for the small-medium cities because of simple structure, low cost of manufacture and better performances.%以某种C型轻轨车辆为研究对象,在其基础上提出了转向架新型悬挂方式:一系采用一种连杆摩擦副机构,二系悬挂采用沙漏橡胶弹簧.对该转向架新型悬挂方式的结构和性能进行了分析,建立了非线性车辆动力学模型并进行了仿真.通过对转向架原悬挂方案和新方案在各种工况下的运行情况和动力学性能进行对比研究表明:新方案较好地改善了车辆动力学性能;由于结构简单、造价低,具有较高的性价比,可为中小城市的轨道交通系统选用.
