地铁车辆现场数据收集方法及数据库设计

摘要

地铁车辆现场数据是车辆在运用和维护检修过程中记录的各类数据,通过对其分析可为车辆的产品改进或维修决策提供可靠依据.对地铁车辆现场数据的收集方法进行了探讨,分析了地铁车辆现场数据的基本特点、组成形式和收集原则,提出了基于FMEA(故障模式及影响分析)框架的数据收集方法,并以此对收集、组织和管理地铁车辆现场数据的数据库进行了设计.可为地铁车辆现场数据的收集及信息系统的开发提供参考.%Field data of metro vehicles are the data recorded in metro vehicle operation and maintenance,the analysis of which can provide reliable references for the improvement and maintenance of metro vehicle products. With a discussion on data collection,the basic features,forms and collecting princi-ples of filed vehicle data are analyzed,a collection method based on FMEA framework is proposed,the database to col-lect,organize and manage the field data is designed. This re-search can provide useful references for field data collection of metro vehicles and the development of information system.
