监理制度在地籍测绘中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces the Application of surveillance in Cadastration, analysis the cadastral surveying and mapping supervision in cadastral surveying and mapping project to measure phase of cadastral investigation, cadastral ele- ments elements measuring of supervision and management activities,construe the supervision of the necessity and basis in surveying and mapping, the supervision insures survey project carry out the survey standard, achieves the contractual re- quirements, tracking, measuring and correcting to ensure the surveying and mapping project worked well.%以监理制度在地籍测绘中的应用为例，通过分析地籍测绘监理在地籍测绘项目施测阶段的地籍要素调查、地籍要素测量所进行的监督和管理的活动，讨论测绘领域引入监理制度的可行性和必要性，为重要或重大测绘项目执行相关技术要求、行业标准、质量标准、合同要求、安全生产起到跟踪、测量和纠正作用，确保测绘项目的顺利完成。
