It has been widely used for the GPS technologyin various purposes survey control network., this paper, aiming at a longer route of the larger scope of Municipal, Put forward new thinking of providing Application of static GPS plane control.%GPS测量以其全天候、高精度、自动化、高效益等特点，已逐步取代了最初的常规大地测量和工程测量。利用GPS定位技术建立各种用途控制网已经相当普及。本文针对范围较大、路线较长的市政工程中应用GPS静态做平面控制提出了实际应用中的思路。
