Thermal stresses in thick-walled components in power plants are the limiting factors for rapid startup,shutdown or load change. After disposing of the nonlinear factor such as temperature-dependant properties by a transformation,one can get a calculation model for a two-dimensional axis-symmetric object. The model gained can be used to analyze thermal states in thick-walled components,monitoring and control online.%火电机组大量的部件在运行过程中受到剧烈的加热或冷却.考虑物性参数均随温度的变化而变化时,其内温度和应力与常物性时差别巨大.采用一个变量转换方法,可以把物性为温度线性关系的不稳定导热线性化,进而在实际边界条件下采用二维轴对称问题的近似解,通过一个实例与有限元计算结果作了对比,结果表明所得计算模型计算精度高,所得到的计算公式不仅可用于厚壁部件热状态理论分析,还可用于在线监测.
