汽水分离再热器U型管热应力分析

摘要

The U shape bundle of Moisture Separator Reheater (MSR) which belongs to NPP is researched in this paper. The mechanical model of bending tube section is established,and the internal force is calculated according to the condition of deformation coordination,and the thermal stress calculation formula of bending tube is obtained. The thermal stress can be calculated quantitatively according to this formula,and the relative parameters which have an impact on the thermal stress can be analyzed.%以核电汽水分离再热器(MSR)U型管束为研究对象,建立了弯管区的力学模型,根据变形协调条件解出内力,进而给出U型管的热应力计算公式,依此公式可以定量的计算热应力值,并分析影响热应力大小的各有关参数.
