通过分析某机组控制系统升级后出现的调节阀切换时负荷出现大幅波动的现象,采取静态和动态试验手段探寻了该故障的根源。试验结果表明,机组负荷波动大的源头为机组单、顺阀情况下实际阀门流量特性曲线存在较大的偏差。分析发现,机组大修前后,系统部分功能块的刷新周期的变化也是导致机组负荷波动的原因之一。为了减小机组调节阀切换过程中的负荷波动大的问题,提出了相应的分析和解决手段,通过现场试验,证明了该方案的可行性,该解决思路对于同类机组具有很好的实际工程应用价值。%Analyzing load fluctuating based on unit ’ s operation mode switch between single valve and sequence valve after its control system upgrade , This paper provides the fault ’ s source by concrete static and dynamic tests .Tests results indicate that load fluctuation is based on larger differences of valve flow characteristics curve under single valve and sequence valve mode .The fresh period change of partial function module also contributes to the default by analyzing the test.This paper provide concrete analyzing and resolve measures for decreasing load fluctuation amplitude and justified the feasible of all these measures by test ,which are beneficial for engineer application for same style units .
