In this paper , the authors put forward the concept of critical cooling water quantity corresponding to the condenser heat-transfer terminal difference , obtain its relation characteristic by strict derivation , and make it clear that its questions has not been solved in the engineering and theory for a long time .According to the calculating results of some actual examples, the present conclusions correspond with engineering practice , and it establishes the foundation for the condenser varying operation mode calculation and the site operation guidence .%以凝汽器总体传热系数计算和传热方程为基础,通过严格的分析与推导,提出了与凝汽器传热端差相对应的临界冷却水量的概念,得出了凝汽器传热端差和冷却水量的关系特性,解决了其在工程分析和教学研究中长期悬而未决的问题。经实例验证,所得出的凝汽器传热端差和冷却水量的关系特性结论真实合理,为凝汽器的变工况分析计算和现场运行指导奠定了良好基础。
