大跨度桥梁荷载试验结构变形测试与分析

         

摘要

How to ensure the safety performance of existing bridges is a problem that researchers face. Bridge static load test is an effective method for safety evaluation of existing bridges.Static load test of a 5 span continuous box girder bridge is carried out by using finite element software to establish a numerical simulation model of full bridge,the bridge deflection values of L/2 and L/4 cross sections under the working condition of 2-3 and 3-4 span loading are respectively analyzed,and the bending moment value of No.4 pier under top load is negative.After testing,the maximum deflection of the mid-span section is 11.1 mm,and the calculated value is 11.5 mm.The deflection values of 3 kinds of load conditions are compared and analyzed,and the results show that the measured values are in good agreement with the theoretical calculated values.%采用桥梁静载试验是对在役桥梁安全评价的有效方法。文中通过对某5跨连续箱梁桥进行静荷载试验,利用有限元软件建立全桥数值仿真模型,分别分析该桥在2~3跨、3~4跨时L/2截面和 L/4截面的挠度值;4号墩墩顶荷载下负弯矩值。经过测试,该桥在跨中截面最大的挠度值为11.1 mm,而计算值为11.5 mm。对3种荷载工况下的挠度值进行对比分析,得出该桥的实测值和理论计算值吻合较好,表明该桥具有足够的桥梁安全储备。
