基于SoC的快速金属频率特性测试系统设计

         

摘要

According to principle of measurement that metals with different internal lattice structures and diversity,corresponding structure frequency characteristics is different and has diversity,a kind of testing system that can fastly measure frequency characteristics of metals is designed based on C8051F020 system on chip(SoC) system.This testing system uses direct digital synthesis(DDS)to generate excitation sine signals of continuous frequency conversion;detection the output signal of eddy current sensor,signal conditioning circuit decompose detected signal into two channels signal of amplitude and phase difference;computational analysis part of this system will estimate that whether the frequency characteristic vector value of the tested metal material conform to that of standard metal material,this system can detect non-destructively metal mass,but also can qualitatively analyze composition of alloy material or composite material,this testing system has extensive application value.%根据不同金属材料内部的晶格结构不同和多样性,相应的结构频率特性也不相同并且具有多样性,介绍了一种基于单片机 C8051F020 SoC系统的快速金属频率测试系统.采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术产生可连续变频的激励正弦信号;检测涡流传感器的输出信号,信号调理电路将检测到的信号分解为幅值和相位差两路信号;计算分析环节根据系统测量得到的标准金属材料与被测样本材料的频率特性向量值比较判断材料是否一致.系统不仅可以无损地检测金属的质量,还能定性分析合金材料或复合材料的成分构成,具有广泛的应用价值.
