永磁安装位置对永磁接触器动态特性的影响

         

摘要

永磁体是永磁接触器的关键组成部件,安装在静铁心或动铁心上会呈现出不同的动态特性.本文基于三维有限元方法,采用耦合电压的方式求得线圈的电流密度,构建位移-电流-电磁力三者关系,据此对分合闸动态过程进行了仿真和实验研究.结果表明,永磁体两种不同安装位置对永磁接触器合闸过程的动态特性影响较小;而永磁体安装在动铁心上,分闸时通电线圈与永磁体间会出现短暂的斥力,分闸时间要明显短于永磁体安装在静铁心上.本文工作为永磁接触器的永磁安装位置的选择提供了科学依据.%Permanent magnet is the key part of permanent magnet contactor. Its arrangements on stator or armature respectively display different dynamic performance. In the paper, based on 3-D finite element method, coil current density is achieved by coupling voltage method and then the relationship among displacement, current and electro-magnetic force is built. Simulation and experiment investigation for making and breaking courses are carried out. The simulated and experimental results show that the permanent magnet arrangement on the stator or on the armature has little effect on the dynamic performance for making course. However, for breaking course, the motion time when the permanent magnet is on the armature is shorter than that when the one is on the stator because of the transient repulsion force between the electrifying coil and the permanent magnet. The paper proposes a scientific approach for deciding permanent magnet arrangements of permanent magnet contactor.
