钢管柱液压垂直插入技术在地铁车站施工中的应用

         

摘要

A certain cover-excavation-built subway station of Line 21of Guangzhou Subway, the central column of which is a steel-tube column, is built with the HPE Vertical Hydraulic Insertion Method. With the real application of the HPE Vertical Hydraulic Insertion Method to the subway station as a practical example, the construction flow of and the precision control for the HPE Vertical Hydraulic Insertion Method of steel-tube columns are dealt with in detail in the paper, with the points for attention in the construction presented. It can be seen from the real effect of the construction that the HPE Vertical Hydraulic Insertion Method is simple to perform, with safety risks controllable, the construction accuracy up to the requirements, and the construction duration much shortened.%广州地铁21号线某地铁盖挖车站,车站中柱为钢管柱,采用HPE垂直液压插入法施工.结合HPE垂直液压插入法在该车站的实际应用,着重阐述了垂直插入法施工的工艺流程、精度控制及注意事项.从实际施工效果来看,HPE垂直插入方法施工简便、安全风险可控、施工精度满足要求,工期大大缩短.
