新加坡与我国高职旅游管理类专业人才培养之比较研究——以南洋理工学院和淄博职业学院为例

This paper firstly analyzed the professional training's basic situation of Singapore NanYang polytechnic and Zibo vocational Institute tourism management respectively, and then analyzed the two college personnel training from the three aspects that curriculum (professional) training target, job prospects or jobs, professional curriculum structure, and finally draw some revelation that has the positive significance about the talents training of our country's higher tourism management.%本文首先分别解析了新加坡南洋理工学院和淄博职业学院旅游管理类专业人才培养的基本情况，然后又从课程（专业）培养目标、职业前景或就业岗位、专业课程结构三个方面对两个学院的人才培养情况进行了对比分析，最后得出了一些对我国高职旅游管理类专业人才培养有着积极意义的启示。
