研究了不同退火制度对TC25钛合金棒材显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:TC25钛合金棒材组织随退火温度的升高逐渐由等轴组织转变为双态组织,经920~940℃/1 h Ac+550℃/6 h AC双重退火处理后获得等轴组织,经960~980℃/1 h AC+550℃/6 h AC双重退火处理后获得双态组织.TC25钛合金棒材的较佳热处理温度为960~980℃/1 h AC+550℃/6 h AC,经该制度处理后棒材的室温拉伸性能和高温(500℃)拉伸性能均优良.%The study on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC25 titanium alloy in different annealing treatments was carried out.The results show that the TC25 titanium alloy with good microstructure and mechanical properties after suitable heat-treatment (at 920-980 ℃ for 1 h AC + at 550 ℃ for 6 h AC) can be obtained.The properties of the bars heat treated by using this kind of technique can meet the requirements of technical conditions and application.
