项目可行性研究工作坊学生能力培养模块分析--以工程造价专业的房地产项目为例

摘要

项目可行性研究是工程造价专业人士三大业务之一，项目前期可行性研究决策能力是工程造价专业学生必须掌握的核心执业能力。但目前国内对于如何提高工程造价专业学生的项目前期决策实践能力的研究较少，使之逐渐成为该专业的发展瓶颈。为此，在剖析项目可行性研究工作坊能力模块基础上，提出了可行性研究工作坊能力培养路径，提高了可行性研究工作坊实践教学模式的可操作性和推广性。%Project feasibility study is one of the three major businesses for project cost management professionals,and the project pre-feasibility study ability is the core competence of students majoring in project cost management. In China, studies on how to improve earlier stage project decision-making ability for these students are relatively few and this has gradually become a bottleneck for the development of the major. Therefore,based on an analysis of the module of student ability training,this paper puts forward a path of ability training in a feasibility study workshop,which has improved the operability and promotion of the practical feasibility research workshop teaching model.
