Through multiple linear regression analysis,this paper establishes a linear regression equation of Erwangzhuang Reservoir’s relationships among total phosphorus,total nitrogen,dissolved oxygen and algae counts.The equation isy=6,175.2+28,389.7,x1-26.5,x2-523.4,x3,and the correlation coefficient isR=0.889.A significant test of its relevancewas carried out.Test results showed that total phosphorus,total nitrogen,dissolved oxygen have a significant impact on reser-voir algae count.Using the equation verification reservoir algae count,most value can be controlled within a relative devia-tion of 30%.Therefore,the total amount of reservoir algae can be estimated by the equation,which will improve work efficiency and guide production.%通过多元线性回归分析,建立尔王庄水库总磷、总氮、溶解氧与藻类计数之间的线性回归方程y=6,175.2+28,389.7,x1-26.5,x2-523.4,x3,其相关系数 R=0.889,并对其相关性进行显著性检验。检验结果表明,总磷、总氮、溶解氧对水库藻类计数有极显著的影响。运用该方程验证水库藻类计数,大部分数值均可控制在相对偏差30%,以内。因此可通过该方程估算水库藻类总量,提高工作效率,方便指导生产。
