HEDP、PBTCA、Zn2+复配对黄河恶化水中316L、317L的缓蚀阻垢作用

         

摘要

The problems like water quality deterioration and fluctuation occurred in Yellow River become more and more severe.Therefore,the complex solution containing HEDP,PBTCA and Zn2+ with a certain concentration was developed and used as inhibitor for condenser tube material (316L and 317L steel)in de-teriorated Yellow River water.The polarization curves show that,the corrosion currents of 316L and 317L in the deteriorated water decreased obviously.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)test re-sults imply that,two capacitive impedance arcs appeared in the EIS of 316L and 317L,indicating there were two cathode reactions controlled by active process.Some of the morphologies of scaling products on surface of 316L and 317L changed from flake film to spheroid and rod like.%针对黄河水质恶化且波动大的问题,研究了 HEDP、PBTCA、Zn2+复配对凝汽器管材316L、317L在黄河恶化水质中的缓蚀阻垢效果。结果表明,加入该复配缓蚀剂后:材质316L、317L在黄河恶化水质中的腐蚀电流明显减小;316L、317L 阻抗谱呈现出2个容抗弧特征,阴极过程存在2种阴极反应且受活化控制,同时一部分结垢产物形貌由薄片状向球状及棒状转变。表明 HEDP、PBTCA、Zn2+复配对316L、317L在黄河恶化水中的缓蚀阻垢效果显著。
