临终关怀是现代学界关注的焦点之一，而佛教在临终关怀方面则有着丰富的资源。以传统佛教典籍为基点，对佛教参与临终关怀的现状、佛教参与临终关怀所面临的困境以及优化佛教参与临终关怀的路径等几个方面进行了探讨，以期提升佛教对临终关怀的参与程度，完善护理伦理视域下的临终关怀理论及实践。%Hospice care is one of the focus of modern science, and Buddhism in the hospice care is rich in resources.
