关于某医科大学教育教学满意度的调查分析

摘要

Objective: To understand the medical colleges and universities graduate training quality to provide further reference for the courses of medical students of undergraduate stage by investigating some medical colleges and universities graduates evaluation situation of China's universities. Methods:Using the method of random sampling to having the transverse section research of the way of education by considering the graduates in 2006-2010 in one medical university in Liaoning province as an entirety. The data would be analyzed by using spss13.0. Results: The results shows that the students recognizes the education mode of that university for higher satisfaction and most of the students can reasonably use their ability to offer themselves of to take an active part in job hunting. Conclusions: Graduates of the university are satisfied about their education,.But there still need to be emphasized in the communication and the training of practical skills parts.%目的：通过调查某医学院校毕业生对所在院校的评价情况，来了解医学院校本科毕业生培养质量，进而为日后开展医学生本科教学提供参考。方法：以辽宁省某医学院校2006-2010年毕业生为整体，采用随机抽样方法，对该院校教育及培养方式进行横断面调查。数据使用spss13.0进行分析。结果：分析结果显示，学生对该院校教育及培养方式表示认可，满意度较高；且大部分学生能够合理运用自身能力自荐或积极参加招聘会或寻求导师及学校帮助进行推荐而找到工作，可以很好地展示自己。结论：毕业生对该高校的教育比较满意，但在培养中仍需加强与学生的沟通和对学生职业技能的培养。
