Vitros350干化学分析仪和Beckman AU5800全自动生化分析仪检测结果相关性分析

         

摘要

ObjectiveAnalysis of the correlation of the results obtained by Vitros350 dry chemistry analyzer and Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer.MethodsA random collection of 40 cases of hospitalized patients with qualified serum specimens,respectively with Vitros350 dry chemistry analyzer and Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer analysis of total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total protein,albumin,gamma glutamyl transpeptidase,alkaline phosphatase,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme, calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,carbon dioxide,amylase,lipase and glucose,a total of 19 projects,the results were statistically analyzed.ResultsExcept nine projects such as alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,albumin, urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,amylase,lipase and glucose test results there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.5),statistically significant difference were observed in the rest of the project,relevant regression analysis showed that total bilirubin,total protein,gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and alkaline phosphatase linear good(r>0.975),creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme,magnesium,calcium,phosphorus,carbon dioxide,must expand the scope of valid data(r<0.975). ConclusionWhen using different detection system of instrument to detect the same test project,we should carry on the correlation analysis,the correlation between poor project shall immediately take measures to make the results comparable.%目的:探讨Vitros350干化学分析仪和Beckman AU5800全自动生化分析仪检测结果的相关性。方法随机收集40例住院患者的合格血清标本,分别用Vitros350干化学分析仪和Beckman AU5800全自动生化分析仪分析总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、钙、无机磷、镁、二氧化碳、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、葡萄糖共19个项目,对结果进行统计学分析。结果除丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、葡萄糖等9个项目的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.5),其余项目差异均具有统计学意义。相关性分析显示总胆红素、总蛋白、谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶线性关系良好(r>0.975),肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、钙、无机磷、镁、二氧化碳必须扩大有效数据范围(r<0.975)。结论不同检测系统的仪器检测同一项目时,应进行相关性分析,对相关性较差的项目须立即采取措施,使结果具有可比性。
