Printing and dyeing reclaimed water reuse was an important factor in the control of total pollution, energy-saving and emission-reduction. The sources and characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater were summarized. All kinds of practical programs and typical projects cases for reusing printing and dyeing wastewater were also introduced, and the superiority of membrane technology and its combined technology was highlighted, and the advanced treatment and reuse combined membrane technology as a core topic were proposed. Effects of exorbitant reclaimed water reuse rate of printing and dyeing wastewater on enterprise economic, products and wastewater treatment system were analyzed and paying great attention to the effective treatments of concentrated liquor and membrane pollution control during the running process of membrane technology was suggested.%印染废水中水回用是实现污染总量控制和节能减排的重要抓手。总结了印染行业废水来源及水质特征;归纳了印染废水中水回用的各类实用方案及典型工程案例,突出了膜技术及其组合工艺的优越性并提出以膜技术为核心的深度处理及回用组合工艺。分析了印染废水中水回用率过高对企业经济、产品和污水处理系统的影响,建议在膜技术运行过程中重视浓缩液的有效处理及膜污染防治。
