2种材料电极电化学染色研究

         

摘要

对大豆蛋白纤维的电化学染色方法进行了初步探索。讨论了影响电化学染色上染的电压、温度、电极等因素。试验表明,电化学染色方法较常规染色方法能明显提高上染率、降低能耗、减少环境污染,且不同材料的电极电化学染色上染率不同、能耗不同。%The preliminary exploration of the electrochemical dyeing method of soybean protein fiber is carried on. The factors including dyeing voltage, temperature and electrode have been discussed, which influence the performance of electrochemical dyeing. The results show that higher dye uptake, lower energy consumption and less environmental pollution by electrochemical dyeing are obtained compared with by conventional dyeing. Moreover, both the electrochemical dyeing uptake and energy consumption vary with different material electrodes of electrochemical dyeing.
