涤纶新型低温染色促染剂的制备及应用性能

         

摘要

将邻苯二甲酸酐(简称苯酐)与自制阳离子改性剂WLS反应合成的苯酯助剂应用于涤纶分散染料常压染色中,通过单因素试验优化出苯酯合成工艺:m(WLS)∶m(苯酐)=1∶1,n(对甲苯磺酸)∶n(苯酐)=0.1∶1.0,98℃反应2 h,溶剂水用量为4 mL/g(即每g苯酐用4 mL水溶解)。并优化出m(苯酯)∶m(N-正丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺)=1∶1复配作为涤纶染色促染剂,确定了涤纶常压染色新工艺。结果表明,该工艺染色织物的上染百分率基本达到传统高温高压染色工艺,染色织物的表观染色深度及染色牢度稍差于传统染色工艺,但该工艺所得织物的性能均较常压无助剂染色织物显著提高,表明该促染剂的促染效果非常明显。研究还表明,经热定型焙烘处理的涤纶织物的染色深度和染色牢度有所提升。%The benzene ester additive synthesized by phthalic anhydride and self-made cationic modification agent WLS was used for polyester fabrics dyeing with disperse dyes in atmospheric pressure. The synthesis process for benzene ester was optimized through single-factor tests. The optimal reaction is under the condition of WLS to phthalic anhydride = 1∶1 (mass ratio), p-toluene sulfonic acid to phthalic anhydride = 0.1∶1.0(molar ratio). water solvent 4 mL/g ( namely, per gram of phthalic anhydride was dissolved in 4 ml water) at 98 ℃ for 2 h. Additionally, the accelerating agent compounded with benzene ester and N-butyl phthalimide (mass ratio 1∶1) was applied in polyester dyeing and the new dyeing process in atmospheric pressure was given. The results showed that the exhaustion rate of dyeing fabrics by the new process basically achieved the effect of traditional dyeing process under high temperature and pressure. However, the apparent color intensity and color fastness of dyed fabrics by the new process were slightly lower than conventional dyeing process. The performances of dyeing fabrics by the new process were much better than dyeing fabrics without auxiliary under atmospheric pressure, indicating that the accelerating effect of the dyeing promoter was very effective. Furthermore, the apparent color intensity and color fastness of dyed fabrics after thermosetting treatment was improved.
