基于天然相变材料的蓄热调温功能整理剂的开发

         

摘要

采用界面聚合法,以天然相变材料——动物脂肪为芯材,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和哌嗪(PIP)为壁材单体,制备出一种新型的聚脲相变微胶囊.利用微机差热天平对微胶囊的耐热性能、蓄热性能进行表征.结果表明:在乳化速度为4 000 r/min、乳化时间为120s、反应温度为60℃、n(PIP)∶n(TDI)=1∶2的条件下,制得的相变微胶囊主要为球形,分散性能良好,平均粒径为12 μm左右,相变潜热14.31 J/g,耐热温度达229℃左右.将所制备的微胶囊制成蓄热调温功能整理剂,并应用于棉织物的后整理中,对处理后的织物进行蓄热性能、硬挺度、透气性等性能测试.结果表明:制备的功能纺织品具有良好的透气性和硬挺度,并具有一定的蓄热调温功效.%A novel microencapsulated phase change material (MEPCM) was prepared by the interfacial polymerization technique using natural phase change material, animal fat, as core material and toluene-2,4-diiso-cyanate (TDI) and piperazine (PIP) as wall monomers. Thermal stability, heat storage properties were studied by differential scanning calorimeter technique. The results showed that the prepared MEPCM was mostly spherical, dispersed well, and its average diameter was about 12 urn, the latent heat was 14.31 J/g, and heat resistance temperature was about 229 X., which was prepared under the following conditions: optimal preparation conditions are as follows, emulsify speed 4 000 r/min, emulsify time 120 s, reaction temperature 60 °C, PIP and TDI ratio 1:2. Thermo-regulating functional agent was developed by the MEPCMs and was applied in cotton finishing. Thermo-regulating properties, stiffness and air permeability of the finished fabrics were also tested. The results showed that the prepared functional textile had good air permeability and stiffness, and had certain heat-storage and thermoregulation effect.
