Alginate sodium- chitosan- extraction from honeysuckle microcapsules were prepared by one- step method. The influence of the preparation technology on the microcapsule performance was investi-gated taking microcapsules appearance, encapsulation efficiency and mechanical strength of microcapsules as indexes. The results indicated that the optimum preparation technology was established as fol ows: the algi-nate sodium concentration 2.0%, calcium chloride concentration 3.0%, chitosan concentration 1.5%. Various performances of prepared microcapsules were the best under the optimum conditions.%采用一步法制备一系列海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-金银花提取物微胶囊,以微胶囊外观、包封率以及机械强度为考核指标,考察了制备工艺对微胶囊性能的影响.结果显示,制备海藻酸钠- 壳聚糖- 金银花提取物微胶囊的最佳工艺为:海藻酸钠质量分数2.0%,氯化钙质量分数3.0%,壳聚糖质量分数为1.5%,所得微胶囊各项性能最优.
