多功能磷酸酯乙二胺盐阻燃剂在锦纶织物上的应用研究

摘要

Multi- functional di- trimethylolpropane phosphates ethylenediamine salts flame retardant agent was prepared using di- trimethylolpropane, phosphorus oxychloride and ethylenediamine as main raw materials and applied in finish of nylon fabrics. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the finishing agent concentra⁃tion, baking temperature and baking time on the flame- retardant and antistatic performance of nylon fabrics were investigated. The optimum finishing conditions were as fol ows: finishing agent 300 g/L, baking tempera⁃ture 150℃, baking time 90 s. The finished nylon fabric showed good flame- retardant and antistatic properties.%以双三羟甲基丙烷、三氯氧磷和乙二胺为原料，合成多功能阻燃剂双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙二胺盐，并对锦纶织物进行后整理；探讨了整理剂质量浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对锦纶织物阻燃效果和抗静电性能的影响。结果表明：阻燃剂质量浓度为300 g/L、焙烘温度为150℃、焙烘时间为90 s时，整理后织物的阻燃效果显著，抗静电性能良好。
