阳离子改性剂的合成及其对棉纱线涂料浸染性能的影响

摘要

The cotton yarn was modified with self-made cationic modifier,and then treated with paint dipping and fixing.The effects of cationic modifier dosage,modification temperature,modification time and dosage of sodium hydroxide on K/S value of cotton yarn,color fastness and leveling property were discussed.The results showed that the K/S value of cotton fabric was improved obviously and the color fastness to rubbing improved by 1～2 level under the conditions of cationic modifier dosage 3％(omf),modification time 40 min,modification temperature 60 ℃.%用自制的阳离子改性剂对棉纱线进行改性,然后进行涂料浸染和固色处理,讨论了改性剂用量、改性温度、改性时间和氢氧化钠用量对棉纱线涂料染色K/S值、染色牢度和匀染性的影响.结果表明,在60℃的改性条件下,使用3％(oonf)的改性剂对棉纱线进行40 min浸染后,织物的K/S值明显提升,耐摩擦色牢度提高1～2级.
