氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂的制备及应用

         

摘要

为了提高聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的耐水性,改善涂料印花织物耐摩擦色牢度和手感,采用自制的乙烯基封端含氟聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯,并应用于涂料印花.研究了乙烯基封端含氟聚硅氧烷用量和分子质量对胶膜性能以及印花性能的影响,测定了改性聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花织物的性能.结果表明:当乙烯基封端含氟聚硅氧烷用量为6%,分子质量为6240时,胶膜的水接触角为96.8°,吸水率为8.2%,胶膜具有较大的断裂功,印花织物的耐干摩擦色牢度达到4级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到了4~5级,手感柔软.相对未改性聚丙烯酸酯和有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯,含氟聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯印花织物具有较高的耐摩擦色牢度和较柔软的手感.%In order to improve the water- resistance of polyacrylate binder and color fastness to rubbing and hand feeling of fabric dyed with pigment, polyacrylate was modified with double- terminated vinylpolysilox-ane containing fluorine and applied for pigment printing. The influence of the dosage and molecular weight of double- terminated vinylpolysiloxane containing fluorine on the properties of film and pigment printing property were studied, and the performance of fabric printed with modified polyacrylate binder was tested. The results showed that when the amount and relative molecular weight of double- terminated vinylpolysiloxane contain-ing fluorine were 6% and 6240, respectively, the contact water angle and water absorption of film were 96.8° and 8.2%, the properties of film were good with highest work of fracture. Under the optimal conditions, the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing of printed fabric could achieve grade 4 and 4~5, respectively, the hand feeling was soft. Compared to the unmodified polyacrylate binder and polyacrylate binder modified with organ-ic siloxane, the modified polyacrylate binder had better color fastness to rubbing and hand feeling.
