【Individualization】Individualization as a notion is an inevitable offshoot of the increasing preoccupation with learnercentred education over the last two decades or so.It is related both directly and tangentially to NEEDS ANALYSIS,STUDENT AUTONOMY and LEARNER TRAINING.It offers a broad spectrum of pedagogic possibilities adaptable to conventional classroom structures,one-to-one instruction and self-directed learning modes.It may be teacher-directed or learner-driven.The concept has undergone a considerable metamorphosis since its origins in programmed instruction in the 1950s.
