18650电源管理系统设计

         

摘要

针对目前市场上的光谱仪产品体积过大、单价过高等问题,设计了一款高性价比,易于操作的基于 Android 系统的手持式光谱仪。该光谱仪对电源保护和电源管理方案有着更高的要求,为了满足手持式光谱仪对供电的严格需求,特别设计了一套更加安全可靠,电量测量精度更高的便携式电源管理方案。该方案采用了 TI 公司电源保护芯片BQ29412和电源管理芯片 BQ3050,采用 STM32Fxx 系列主控制器作为主机,通过 SMBus 协议实现主机和从机的通讯。该方案包括系统原理和构成、硬件设计与软件设计。实验证明,该方案电源管理系统工作安全、稳定、可靠。%At present,the volume of handheld spectrometer is much bigger in the marketplace,the price is also very higher,so we design a more cost-effective and easy-to-control power management system based on Android.The handheld spectrometer has a rigorous requirement to power protection and management,so we design a much more reliable power management solution,which has much better measurement accuracy.The project adopts two very reliable chips,BQ3050 and BQ29412 from TI.The microcomputer STM32Fxx is used as master to realize SMBus communication with the slave. The project mainly consists of three major modules,system composition,fundamental principle,hardware design and soft-ware design.After undergoing various severe tests,the result shows that the project is much more secured,and more relia-ble.
