运营商流量精细化运营的研究

摘要

随着4G的爆发性增长和智能终端的普及，传统话音业务增长趋于稳定，数据流量业务增长明显，但是大量的流量却只换来了很少的经济效益。如何满足快速增长的移动互联网业务需求成为移动运营商面临的关键挑战。本文主要研究运营商如何进行流量精细化运营（以下简称流量经营）来推动数据业务的发展。%With the popularity of the 4G explosive growth and intelligent terminal, mobile internet development by leaps and bounds, mobile operators of the traditional voice business growth gradually stabilized, data traffic growth significantly, but a large amount of traffic but only in exchange for a few economic benefits. In the face of new business models, new user experience and new network architecture, how to meet the rapid growth of mobile Internet business needs to become a key challenge for mobile operators to build business support system. This paper mainly studies how operators in the current form of traffic management to promote, the development of mobile data services.
