国内石油天然气勘探开发工程钻井监督发展对策探讨

摘要

分析了国外石油工程监督发展趋势,针对国内石油天然气勘探开发工程监督现状和存在的问题,提出了完善工程监督管理机构、开展IPM项目管理、日费制监督及总包制项目管理等发展对策。%Based on the analysis of the development trend of foreign petroleum engineering supervision,and according to the supervision status and problems of domestic oil and gas exploration and development engineering,a series of development countermeasures are put forward,which include improving engineering supervision management institutions,and carrying out IPM project management,daily fee supervision,project management of total package system and so on.
