高清视频技术在高速公路监控系统中的应用探讨

摘要

高清视频技术已日渐成为视频监控的重要发展方向。随着我国高速公路建设的快速发展，高速公路视频监控系统经历了“全模拟视频监控—准数字监控系统—纯数字监控系统”的发展历程，现在已发展为以“高清”为特征的视频监控系统。以贵州省某条高速公路的高清视频监控系统为例，对视频标准及其选用原则，视频信号编码、传输和存储等进行阐述，并对高清视频技术在高速公路监控系统中的应用进行探讨。%High -definition technology has been increasingly becoming important development direction of video surveillance.With rapid development of China expressway construction,the expressway video surveillance systems experienced the development history of "full analog video surveillance -quasi -digital surveillance system -pure digital surveillance system",and now have developed into the video surveillance system with "high -definition"as the feature.With the high -definition video surveillance system of some expressway in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper expatiates video standards and principles of selection,coding,transmission and storage of video signals,etc.,and discusses application of high -definition video technology in expressway surveillance systems.
