粉尘排放量是评价沥青拌和楼环保水平的重要指标,其估算和监控对于提高拌和楼的生产管理和环保水平,有十分重要的意义.为得到沥青拌和楼的粉尘排放量,将细集料除尘产品划分为1 #仓热料、回收粉和烟尘,理论上3种产品按产量比例的合成级配等于细集料级配,因此实测产品级配就可以反算粉尘排放量.但计算表明,取样误差会导致产品合成级配与细集料级配出现偏差.因此,通过试取产量比例以使这2个级配的曼哈顿距离、切比雪夫距离达到最小,将此时的产量比例作为计算结果.同时,通过1 #仓热料、回收粉的生产计量,对计算结果进行总量验证,确保结果可靠.%Dust emission is an important indicator to evaluate the environmental protection level of asphalt mixing house.Its estimation and monitoring are of great significance to improve the production management and environmental protection level of the mixing house.In order to obtain the dust emissions from the asphalt mixing house,the fine aggregate dedust product is divided into #1 warehouse hot material,recycled powder and soot in this paper.In theory,the synthetic gradation of the three kinds of products in certain proportion is equal to the fine aggregate gradation,therefore the measured product grade can be reversed to dust emissions.However the calculation shows,sampling error can lead to product synthesis gradation and fine aggregate gradation deviation.Therefore,by taking the yield ratio,the Manhattan distance and Chebyshev distance of these two gradations can be minimized,the output ratio at this time can be used as a result of the calculation.At the same time,through # 1 warehouse hot material,powder recovery measurement,the calculation results is verified in total,so to ensure reliable results.
