价值共创视角下大型国有企业主导产业技术追赶作用机制

摘要

Based on the perspective of value co-creation, this paper explores the process of industrial technological catch-up led by China's large state-owned enterprises from three dimensions of value identification, resource integration and interaction by the multiple case study method.It finds that meeting own personalized value demand is the main motivation, and having key operant resources and extensive social resources are the key factor and foundation.Finally, based on the results, it gives the suggestions on how large state-owned enterprises participate in or lead the industry technology catch-up under similar circumstances.%基于价值共创的视角,采用多案例研究方法,从价值识别、资源整合和互动三个维度,对中国大型国有企业主导产业技术追赶过程进行了深入探讨和分析.研究表明:满足自身个性化价值需求是国有企业主导创新的主要动机,拥有关键操作性资源和广泛的社会资源是大型国有企业成功主导创新的关键因素和基础.最后,根据研究结论,针对类似情况下大型国有企业如何参与或主导产业技术追赶提出了相应建议.
