中国流动人口中专业技术人员流动分析

摘要

Firstly, this paper uses the social network analysis method to study the mobility pattern and characteristics of China's professional and technical personnel.The result shows as follows:the mobility presents"Chinese-Western flow into the East";they tend to be close-range;the distribution of inflows and outflows is uneven;and the mobility network is not formed the small-world network.Then it uses the logistic regression analysis method to analyze the residing preference of professional and technical personnel in the inflow area and its influencing factors.The result shows that, the gender, marital status and mobility range in personal factors, the number of cohabitation in family factors, the income and household income and expenditure ratio in economic factors, the closeness and betweenness in network factors are the significant factors that affect professional and technical personnel residing preference.Finally, it seeks to provide ideas and basis for the development of professional and technical personnel mobility strategy in China and each region.%首先,利用社会网络分析方法研究了中国专业技术人员的流动格局及特征,其流动呈现出"中西流东部入"、倾向于近距离流动、流入与流出省份分布不均衡以及流动网络未形成小世界网络等特征.然后,采用二项逻辑回归方法分析了专业技术人员在流入地的居留意愿及影响因素.研究发现,个人因素中的性别、婚姻状况和流动范围,家庭因素中的同住人数,经济因素中的收入和家庭收支比,网络因素中的接近中心性和中介中心性是影响专业技术人员居留意愿的显著因素.最后,为国家和各地区制定专业技术人员流动战略提供思路与依据.
