企业知识伙伴的理论基础及内涵

摘要

基于知识基础观、开放式创新、创新生态系统等理论,提出了知识伙伴概念.根据企业与知识伙伴间合作方式的不同,将知识伙伴分为探索型知识伙伴和利用型知识伙伴,并探索了未来的研究方向和趋势,对企业的外部知识管理研究提供了新的视角和路径.%This paper puts forward the concept of knowledge partner based on the theory of knowledge-based theory,open innovation and innovation ecosystem.And it classifies knowledge partner into exploitation-oriented and exploration-oriented type according to the relationship between firm and knowledge partners,which aims to provide new lens and avenues for future relevant research.
