领导风格与组织创新战略导向匹配对企业转型升级的影响

         

摘要

基于权变理论研究了领导风格与组织创新战略导向匹配对企业转型升级的影响.首先通过扎根理论确定了企业转型升级的量化指标,然后利用针对369家企业的调研数据进行实证分析.所得结论如下:组织创新战略导向包括产品创新战略导向、过程创新战略导向、服务创新战略导向和管理创新战略导向,不同的组织创新战略导向对企业转型升级的影响存在明显差异;不同的领导风格与不同的组织创新战略导向的匹配对企业转型升级的影响存在差异.最后,根据研究结论总结了相应的管理启示.%Based on the contingency theory,this paper studies the impact of the matching of leadership style and innovation strategy orientation on enterprise's transformation and upgrading.Firstly,it determines the indicators of enterprise's transformation and upgrading through rooted theoretical anaIysis.Then it uses the survey data about 369 enterprises to analyze empirically.The conclusions are as follows:organizational innovation strategy orientation includes product innovation strategy orientation,process innovation strategy orientation,service innovation strategy orientation and management innovation strategy orientation;the influences of different innovation strategy orientations on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises are obviously different;the matching of leadership style and organizational innovation strategy orientation affects the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding research inspiration for practical activities.
