Based on the service innovation process theory and the service modularization theory,,this paper constructs a new service develop-ment model for financial enterprise under perspective of service modularization financial service through the case study,which includes four sta-ges,namely concept development(demand discovery,concept definition),architecture design(function matching,interface definition),module design(module development,module integration)and service delivery(service introduction,service improvement).The model matches the infor-mality and bottom-up features of real-world financial services development activities and facilitates the development of financial services based on customer needs in a mixed and cross-border context.%基于服务创新过程理论和服务模块化理论,采用多案例研究方法,构建了服务模块化视角下金融企业新服务开发过程模型.该模型包括概念开发(需求发现、概念界定)、架构设计(功能匹配、界面定义)、模块设计(模块开发、集成联调)和交付完善(服务引入、服务改进)四个阶段.该过程匹配了现实金融服务开发活动的非正式化和自下而上的特征,有利于混业和跨界背景下基于客户需求开展金融服务开发活动.
