紫外光谱法研究喷昔洛韦与DNA的相互作用

摘要

The spectral properties of penciclovir and DNA by UV spectra technique was studied. The results showed that the addition of DNA made the ultraviolet spectrum of penciclovir produce color, blue shift phenomenon. Between the penciclovir and DNA role was the intercalation. The binding constant between them was K=3.14×102 L/mol.%本文采用紫外光谱法研究了喷昔洛韦与DNA相互作用的光谱特性。结果表明，DNA的加入使喷昔洛韦的紫外光谱产生增色、蓝移的现象；喷昔洛韦与DNA之间的作用主要是嵌插作用，它们之间的结合常数K＝3.14×102L·mol-1。
